Principal Software Engineer

I’m looking for a Principal Software Engineer for a growing startup in the biotech space here in Toronto.

They’re building some really interesting SaaS products and are looking for someone who can be hands-on technically while also leading a small team.

Looking for someone with:
8+ years of software development experience
– Strong Python
– TypeScript + React
– PostgreSQL
– Azure + Azure DevOps
– Enterprise/SaaS experience
– Strong architecture experience
– Previous people management experience is a must

This is a hands-on role — you’ll still be coding, making architecture decisions, mentoring engineers and helping grow the team.
Toronto – Downtown
Hybrid – 3 days onsite
$180K–$230K + flexibility up to $250K
