Principal / Senior Data Scientist (GenAI / Agentic AI) – Toronto (Hybrid)
We’re hiring a high-impact Data Scientist to lead cutting-edge Generative AI initiatives within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is actively building and scaling AI systems today—not just exploring them.

💡 What You’ll Do
Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI and ML solutions across key product areas
Build and scale agentic AI systems (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, similar frameworks)
Architect cloud-native ML systems using AWS and modern MLOps practices
Deploy and serve models via APIs for real-time and batch use cases
Partner with product and engineering teams to drive data-driven innovation
Establish best practices in model monitoring, evaluation, and governance
Mentor and influence technical direction across teams
🔥 Must-Have Experience
8–10+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning / Applied AI
Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs in production (non-negotiable)
Strong experience building agent-based AI systems
Proven experience with AWS cloud environment
Expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Experience with model deployment (APIs, MLOps, CI/CD)
Background in product / SaaS environments
