We’re looking for a Principal Data Scientist to drive cutting-edge machine learning and Generative AI initiatives at enterprise scale. This is the most technical data science role in the organization — high-impact, highly visible, and built for someone who thrives on innovation.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end development of ML and GenAI solutions powering personalization, pricing, search, optimization, and more
• Architect scalable, cloud-native ML systems in AWS
• Deploy and serve production models through APIs
• Partner with product & engineering to influence roadmap and drive measurable outcomes
• Mentor data scientists and elevate AI standards across the organization
• Champion the adoption of LLMs, vector databases, model fine-tuning, and next-gen AI tooling
What You Bring:
• 8–10+ years in data science, machine learning, or applied AI
• Strong hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs
• Expert Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
• Proven success deploying production-grade models in AWS
• Experience in SaaS, digital products, or commercial data science environments
• Ability to translate complex modeling into real-world business value
