Are you a hands-on, forward-thinking Data Science leader ready to drive real impact? We’re looking for a Principal Data Scientist to spearhead cutting-edge AI initiatives and shape the future of large-scale digital products used across millions of users.
In this role, you’ll define AI strategy, architect scalable ML systems, and lead the development of predictive and generative models that power personalization, search, pricing, optimization, and more. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams—guiding innovation and influencing technical direction across the organization.
🔥 What You’ll Work On
Designing and deploying advanced ML/AI and GenAI solutions
Leading end-to-end development of LLM-driven applications
Architecting scalable cloud-native ML pipelines (AWS)
Delivering production-grade models through APIs
Mentoring data scientists and elevating AI best practices
Driving experimentation, model governance, and responsible AI
🎯 What You Bring
8–10+ years in Data Science, ML, or Applied AI
Strong hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs (HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector DBs, fine-tuning)
Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Proven experience deploying models into production (Flask/FastAPI)
Solid background in AWS, containerization, and MLOps
A product-centric mindset with experience in data-rich SaaS or consumer platforms
Exceptional communication and the ability to influence technical decisions
