We’re searching for a Principal Data Scientist to become the most technical AI expert within a fast-growing, product-driven tech organization. This role blends hands-on innovation, strategic influence, and high-visibility ownership across global teams. You’ll architect advanced GenAI solutions, guide experimentation, and help steer the company’s long-term AI direction.
What You’ll Do
🚀 Define and champion the AI & Data Science strategy
🚀 Build, deploy, and scale predictive + generative models into production
🚀 Partner with product leaders to drive experimentation and business impact
🚀 Architect cloud-native ML systems on AWS (containerization, orchestration, automation)
🚀 Lead GenAI adoption across teams—LLMs, embeddings, vectors, fine-tuning
🚀 Mentor data scientists and influence engineering architecture
🚀 Act as the senior escalation point for complex modeling challenges
What You Bring
✔ 8–10+ years in data science, machine learning, or applied AI
✔ Deep expertise with GenAI/LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, vector DBs)
✔ Strong Python + SQL and hands-on experience with ML frameworks
✔ Production experience deploying models through APIs
✔ Strong background with AWS, MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining pipelines
✔ SaaS/product experience—churn, pricing, recommendations, forecasting, lead funnels, etc.
✔ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
