Ready to be the most technical data scientist in the room? We’re hiring a Principal Data Scientist to lead hands-on AI and Generative AI initiatives that power large-scale, customer-facing products used by millions.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll design, build, and deploy production-grade ML and GenAI solutions—owning everything from experimentation to APIs in production.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end development of ML and GenAI / LLM solutions in production
Design scalable AI systems in AWS, deploying models via APIs
Drive data science strategy across personalization, marketing funnels, pricing, churn, and optimization
Partner closely with product and engineering to turn data into real business impact
Push innovation through AI-driven workflows, automation, and modern MLOps practices
What You Bring
8+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning / Applied AI
Strong hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, etc.)
Deep AWS experience and production model deployment
Product-focused, SaaS or commercial data science background
Strong Python & SQL, with real production ownership
