I’m working on a high-impact Cloud Security Engineering opportunity focused on building the next-generation cloud security foundation for a major banking environment.
💰 Rate: $109/hr Incorp

This is a great fit for someone who is hands-on with cloud platform architecture, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud security across GCP and Azure.

🔹 Role Focus:
You’ll be helping define and build enterprise-grade cloud security infrastructure globally, with a focus on scalability, resiliency, modernization, and secure platform engineering.
What you’ll be working on:
✅ Designing and implementing Kubernetes platforms across GCP GKE and Azure AKS
✅ Building reusable Terraform / IaC modules for multi-cloud environments
✅ Implementing secure, scalable Kubernetes solutions including networking, ingress, autoscaling, observability, and DR
✅ Designing CI/CD and GitOps workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, Helm, etc.
✅ Driving cloud security best practices across IAM, RBAC, workload identity, secrets management, and policy enforcement
✅ Partnering with security, networking, application, and platform engineering teams

Must-have experience:
🔸 10+ years of relevant IT / enterprise technology experience
🔸 5+ years of solution architecture experience delivering Kubernetes platforms using GKE and Azure AKS
🔸 3+ years of advanced Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience
🔸 Recent hands-on experience with GCP and Azure cloud services
🔸 Experience implementing CI/CD and GitOps workflows
🔸 Strong understanding of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices

Nice to have:
⭐ Docker, Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, autoscaling, service mesh
⭐ Python, Bash, or similar scripting experience
⭐ Cybersecurity, risk, and compliance framework knowledge
⭐ Recent experience within a Top 5 Bank or financial institution
