Job description
Minimum 7- 10 years of experience in capital markets or financial services technology with demonstrated analytical experience
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior executives DirectorMD level in fastpaced trading environments
Deep understanding of Cash Equities markets with demonstrated knowledge across FX Fixed Income Credit and Commodities trading
Expert knowledge of financial products trade lifecycle market data with strong familiarity with pretrade systems order management workflows and market data distribution
Handson experience with industrystandard communication protocols like FIX Financial Information Exchange FpML Financial Productions Markup Language SWIFT ISDA CDM etc
Tenacious followthrough and ability to drive results in matrix organization structures
Experience conducting comprehensive gap analyses and creating detailed impact assessments
Experience with business process modeling tools and methodologies
Ability to create compelling data visualizations and analytical reports

Good to Have skills
Understanding of financial regulations ed GDPR MIFID II DoddFrank
Proven experience working in data analytics environments particularly with largescale data lake implementations
Strong data analysis skills including proficiency with SQL Python R or similar analytical tools
Education Certifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Computer Science Statistics or related quantitative field advanced degree preferred
Professional certifications in business analysis CBAP PMIPBA project management PMP or data analysis are advantageous
