Experience:
💠 Must clearly demonstrate experience in implementing public key infrastructure in enterprise information systems.
💠Must clearly demonstrate 2 years’ experience within the past 6 years in working on classified systems.
The scope of work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to:
The PKI Specialist professional will be expected to execute the following tasks during this contract, but not limited to:
💠Support in implementing the four phases identified in para 2.1.2;
💠Installation of required and approved software on server and client sides provided by the Director General – Information Technology Infrastructure
organization (DG ITI, formerly DIMEI);
💠Integration testing with JSIS thick clients and thin client endpoints;
💠Coordination with the PKI Management Office in DSG for the integration of S-PKI with JSIS;
💠Create or update JSIS Local Registration Authority (LRA) Standard 💠Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personnel appointed for a specific local constituency to verify the identity of subscribers, conduct the certificate issuance process in conjunction with the S-PKI Central Registration Authority (CRA) and coordinate S-PKI certificate management assistance;
💠Create a Certificate Revocation List (CRL) web-server for JSIS which pulls
CRLs from S-PKI;
💠Create or update JSIS S-PKI CRA SOPs for the Registration Authority officers who are appointed to trusted roles as authorized by the S-PKI 💠Support Authority to act on behalf of the S-PKI Certification Authority (CA).
💠Integrate S-PKI with existing IT infrastructure and applications. Configure directory services for certificate storage and retrieval.
💠Conduct thorough testing of the S-PKI implementation. Perform security assessments and vulnerability testing.
💠Develop comprehensive documentation for the S-PKI implementation, including system architecture, configuration, and operational procedures to enable client’s system administrators to support and maintain the service on JSIS
