Are you a performance testing expert with a passion for optimizing enterprise applications? 💡
We’re looking for a Performance Tester / Quality Manager who can design, execute, and lead performance testing initiatives to ensure Canada Life’s applications meet the highest standards of scalability, reliability, and speed.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
◾ Design & execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for enterprise applications.
◾ Develop test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
◾ Monitor system performance metrics, analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
◾ Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to recommend tuning and optimization strategies.
◾ Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
◾ Ensure compliance with performance standards and SLAs.

📌 Must-Have Skills:
◾ 5+ years of experience in Performance/Load Testing.
◾ Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
◾ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
◾ Knowledge of performance tuning and test scripting.
◾ Ability to communicate technical findings effectively.
◾ Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
