🔧 Key Skills:
✅ Performance Testing (7–10 years)
✅ Tools: NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner, Rational Performance Tester (RPT)
✅ Scripting: SQL, C#, Python, Java
✅ Monitoring: Experience with Instant Monitoring tools

📝 Responsibilities:
* Design and execute performance test scripts and scenarios
* Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance
* Collaborate with development and infra teams
* Work with automation and monitoring tools
