Are you a performance testing expert with a passion for scalability and system reliability?

We’re looking for a Performance Test Lead to join our QA team for a 6+-month contract in Toronto.

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
📅 Duration: 6+ Months
✅ Eligibility: Open to Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Open Work Permit holders only

🔧 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Lead end-to-end performance testing: planning, scripting, execution, and analysis
▪️ Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and BA teams to define performance benchmarks
▪️ Build test strategies based on real-world business scenarios
▪️ Develop scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
▪️ Execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests
▪️ Monitor performance using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic
▪️ Analyze results and recommend tuning strategies
▪️ Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

🎯 What You Bring
▪️ 8+ years in performance testing
▪️ Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
▪️ Familiarity with APM tools and bottleneck analysis
▪️ Excellent communication and leadership skills
▪️ Commitment to quality and performance excellence
