I’m partnering with a leading automotive technology company that is looking for a Performance Manager based in Edmonton (preferred) or Calgary.
💰 Up to $80K base + commission (OTE $100K)
🚘 Annual vehicle allowance
📈 Account Management + Customer Success + Dealership Consulting
✈️ Travel throughout Western Canada
🤝 Work directly with Dealer Principals, GMs, and Sales Managers
Ideal backgrounds:
✅ Automotive dealership experience
✅ Sales Advisor, Service Advisor, Sales Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success experience
✅ CRM knowledge
✅ Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
