🔍 About the Role
As a Performance Consultant, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and help drive measurable success across digital advertising, SEO, and web optimization initiatives. You’ll be the go-to expert for campaign strategy, optimization, and client enablement—advising stakeholders and standing behind your data-driven recommendations.
🧩 What You’ll Do
Lead digital strategy across SEO, SEM, CRO, and web optimization for a diverse portfolio of clients
Conduct performance reviews, analyze data, and optimize digital campaigns
Partner directly with clients to understand business goals and build long-term success plans
Deliver training sessions, present actionable insights, and help drive product adoption
Maintain accurate account tracking and activity in Salesforce
✅ What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (SEM/SEO/CRO)
Strong fluency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related platforms
Agency experience is highly preferred—you’re used to juggling accounts and delivering results in fast-paced environments
Clear and confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles
Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs, attribution models, and campaign scaling strategies
Proven ability to justify and support campaign decisions with strategic insights and data
Bonus: Automotive industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
