Job Description:
We seek two highly skilled PeopleSoft Systems Testing/QA Specialists to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will coordinate and lead the delivery of system integration testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement services for PeopleSoft applications. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the highest quality control and testing efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
3 to 5 years of PeopleSoft testing experience.
Lead the coordination and delivery of System Integration Testing (SIT), Quality Assurance (QA), and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform various IT application tests including unit, system, user acceptance, functional, AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act), integration, regression, configuration, performance, and load balancing.
Prepare, validate, automate, and execute test cases and scripts related to the testing lifecycle.
Review and analyze client business requirements to determine testing needs for system changes and upgrades.
Provide quality control advice and guidance to project teams and committees to ensure best practices in testing.

Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience testing PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM applications.
Strong technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft, particularly Fluid UI, Self-Service, Core HR, Payroll, Oracle DB, and SQL.
Proven ability to execute functional, non-functional, and system-level integration tests for the PeopleSoft HCM application.
Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test data across multiple testing phases, including business functional validation and technical testing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Familiarity with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) testing and related regulations and standards.
