We’re hiring a Functional Analyst to support business process configurations in PeopleSoft for AR, AP, and Collections modules. This is a part-time, remote-friendly contract role with flexible hours.

📍 Location: Remote (Canada) with potential onsite meetings in Regina, SK
⏳ Submission Deadline: Tuesday, April 22, 2025, 9:00 AM
🗓️ Contract Term: May 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025 (Part-Time ~20 hours/week, possible extension)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔️Document and configure PeopleSoft AR, AP, Billing, and Collections modules
✔️Translate business requirements into functional designs
✔️Support testing and implementation of PeopleSoft features
✔️Conduct data validation, reporting, and integration alignment
✔️Advise stakeholders on best practices to optimize PeopleSoft usage

🎯 Required Experience:
✔️10+ years working with PeopleSoft as a functional analyst or consultant
✔️In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft AR, AP, Billing, and Collections processes
✔️Familiarity with data validation, functional configuration, and cross-functional collaboration
✔️Experience supporting IT and Finance departments
