Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno Functional Lead to manage development, customization, and upgrade projects for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in PeopleTools and strong functional knowledge of FSCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze functional requirements and design technical solutions using PeopleTools.
Develop and debug customizations using Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, XML Publisher, and Integration Broker.
Lead and execute full lifecycle upgrade projects for PeopleSoft Tools and FSCM applications, including Oracle DB upgrades and PUM image updates.
Perform code retrofitting, impact analysis, and comprehensive testing post-upgrade.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process improvements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
Required Skills & Experience

12–14+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
Expertise in PeopleTools: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, XML Publisher.
Strong functional knowledge of FSCM modules: GL, AP, AR, AM, Billing, Projects, Procurement, Inventory Management.
Experience in at least:
2 full lifecycle PeopleTools upgrades
2 full lifecycle FSCM application upgrades with Oracle DB
2 full lifecycle FSCM upgrades with PUM image adoption
Proven ability to understand custom objects, perform retrofitting, and validate functionality post-upgrade.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have

Experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Exposure to cloud environments and containerization.
