Business Process Analysis
Work with Business SME’s to gather the complete requirements
Working experience in creating Prototypes and Wireframe in Pega
Conducting impact and gap analysis
Providing feasible solution
Process flow Creation (As is and to Be)
Managing Project documentation
Business and System Requirements, Use Cases, Process Flows, Traceability Matrix, etc.
Support QA and UAT testing for all the use cases to assist in preparing scenarios, defining data requirements, and testing activities
Work in Agile and Scrum delivery
Work with Development team and resolve any issues regarding requirements
User Story Grooming and Documentation
Conductiong Workshops for gathering Business Requirements.

Scrum, Agile
Experience in Pega DCO / Creating Protoypes and Wireframes In Pega
Should be Pega certified Busines Architect (PCBA)
