📝 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Pega and KYC to support critical production applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintaining high availability of enterprise applications.
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 8+ years of IT experience
✔ Strong experience with Pega and KYC
✔ Production Support and Application Support expertise
✔ ServiceNow Incident & Problem Management
✔ Splunk Monitoring and Log Analysis
✔ Dynatrace Application Performance Monitoring
✔ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Incident Management
✔ Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
