✅ Qualifications
Total Experience: 6–8 years
Minimum Pega Experience: 6+ years
Certification: Pega CSSA (mandatory)
Core Skills: Pega Application Design best practices, Code Quality
Preferred Skills: Pega Customer Service Framework
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Design Pega applications from scratch, including situational layer cake, enterprise class structure, and organization/data modeling best practices.
Work with Pega API, Integrations, JavaScript API, Listeners, and Email Channel.
Apply object-oriented development concepts; manage SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, and CBAC.
Facilitate requirement gathering, design thinking, and DCO sessions with strong leadership and communication skills.
Lead the development team to implement Pega best practices and perform thorough code reviews.
Own the design, implementation, and delivery of user stories while ensuring application quality compliance.
