1. Payroll Manager | Toronto

• Permanent opportunity
• Up to $130K + comprehensive benefits
• Hybrid – 3 days onsite
• Lead and mentor an established payroll team
• Strong Oracle Payroll experience, with implementation experience highly preferred
• Unionized payroll, CRA compliance, audits and year-end experience
• Opportunity to drive payroll transformation and process improvements

2. Asset Management Analyst | Downtown Toronto

• Permanent opportunity
• $80K–$100K + bonus
• Hybrid – 3 days onsite
• Real estate investment environment
• Hands-on ARGUS Enterprise experience is required
• Exposure to asset management, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Great opportunity for someone looking to grow within real estate asset management
