Our top5 banking client is looking for an Payroll and Operations Project/Program Manager to lead and execute the payroll optimization project, transitioning from on-premise SAP to cloud-based Employee Central Payroll!

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 3+ years of experience leading transformational program
2. 8-10 years of experience in leading Payroll and HR operations (Deep understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll operations)
3. Ability to translate strategy into operational delivery
4. 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
5. MS project experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. PCP or PLP designation preferred
2. Large-scale payroll or ERP transformation (SAP preferred)
