URGENT: 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 – 3-Month Contract | Waterloo, ON (Onsite)
Our global engineering client is hiring a Payroll Administrator to join its team for an immediate 3-month contract in Waterloo, Ontario, with potential for extension based on business needs and mutual fit.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Process and transmit biweekly payroll (up to 1,000 employees)
• Calculate overtime & statutory holiday pay
• Manage new hires, terminations, leaves & compensation changes
• Prepare and submit ROEs
• Respond to payroll inquiries
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 2-3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Experience processing biweekly payroll for 500+ employees
• Multi-provincial payroll knowledge
• Intermediate Excel skills
𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬:
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
• PCP designation
