Payments Scrum Master

Hiring: Payments Scrum Master | Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Payments Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for high-value payments initiatives in a regulated Financial Services environment. This role focuses on enabling teams, removing impediments, and ensuring delivery readiness across testing, UAT, and production.

Experience: 8+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery (Financial Services)
Payments: Canada Lynx, SWIFT, Fedwire
Core Skills: Agile/Scrum, risk & regulatory awareness, stakeholder coordination
Tools: Jira, JTMF, Confluence, MS Office
Nice to Have: CSM / SAFe certification, payments modernization experience
