We are hiring a Patient Support Coordinator (Remote – Canada)
This is a contract opportunity (May–August 2026, with possible extension) working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

What you will do:
• Support patients with medication coverage and reimbursement processes
• Conduct outreach and guide patients through renewals and registrations
• Assist with public payer registration and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate updates in Salesforce
What we are looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, patient support, or reimbursement
• Strong communication and patient-focused approach
• Knowledge of reimbursement or public payer systems
• Organized with strong follow-up skills
Location: Remote (Canada – must work EST hours)
