We’re Hiring: hashtag#Organizational Change Management (hashtag#OCM) Training Manager/Principal 🌍
Are you an experienced leader in OCM and Training, passionate about driving large-scale transformations? We are looking for a skilled OCM Training Manager/Principal to join our team and work on client sites across North America.
🔹 Location: Canada (Ontario preferred, but open to other locations) 📍
🔹 Travel: Up to 80% across North America 🚝
🔹 Experience: 8-10 years (Level 5 & 6)
🔹 Languages: English (required), French (nice-to-have)
Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Lead $1MM – $5MM OCM/Training engagements
🔸 Manage cross-functional client teams, ensuring successful organizational change and performance improvements
🔸 Provide expert advice to C-suite executives on IT transformation, OCM, and business/IT strategy
🔸 Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering professional growth
What We’re Looking For:
🔸 Proven leadership in consulting with C-suite in Healthcare/Government sectors
🔸 Strong project management experience in large-scale organizational change
🔸 Expertise in managing change in tech-driven business transformations
🔸 Excellent communication skills, from CXO to front-line staff
