Responsibilities
Work across Oracle Utilities CC&B & CCS business processes
Develop and execute functional test scenarios
Create new test scripts using Eggplant Functional & Eggplant DAI
Validate end-to-end Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Payments, and Usage processes
Support testing across customer, account, service point, and collections functions

IDEAL CANDIDATE
8+ years of IT experience
Strong Oracle Utilities CC&B / CCS experience
Hands-on Eggplant Functional & Eggplant DAI experience
Strong understanding of utility business processes and testing
