Job Title: Oracle Siebel Solutions Designer (CRM)
Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Siebel Solutions Designer with expertise in Siebel CRM applications, maintenance, support, and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Siebel configuration, customization, and Siebel application architecture, along with experience in Siebel tools, Web Services, and system administration. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting various CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Siebel CRM solutions, including configuration and customization.
Develop and maintain Siebel BIP reports, Web Services, SQL, XML, DHTML/HTML, and JavaScript.
Support Siebel application architecture, Siebel administration, Siebel Remote Client, and workflow design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
Participate in the development of technical specifications, system performance assessments, and recommendations for improvements.
Manage service management activities, including release and deployment, change management, incident management, and service level management.
Provide support for system tuning, performance analysis, and compliance audits, including PCI compliance.
Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate how they can be applied to client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Siebel CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Siebel configuration, customization, Siebel Public Sector, Siebel Tools, and Siebel Remote Client.
Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle databases, Oracle Siebel, Web Services, BIP reports, SQL, XML, DHTML/HTML, JavaScript, and Siebel Open UI.
Infrastructure & Environment: Experience working with UNIX (Solaris, AIX), WebLogic, Microsoft IIS, BPM, and other computing environments.
Development Tools: Knowledge of tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, Log4J, UML modeling tools, Harvest/Ant, and Object-Oriented languages.
Service Management: Senior experience with Release and Deployment Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Availability Management, and Incident Management.
Project Management: Understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK) and demonstrated experience managing or contributing to projects.
Analytical & Conceptual Skills: Strong ability to analyze and assess client needs, perform cost/benefit analyses, and provide solutions to meet business requirements.
User Interface Design: Experience with Siebel Open UI design and customization, along with an understanding of security, recovery, and design principles.
