Seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for Payroll areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Time and LaborHands on experience in working on Oracle Payroll for CanadaKnowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile modeExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologies7+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modulesCandidate should be proficient in all the Payroll processesAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to PayrollKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting and Payroll Batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsExperience managing team size of 5+ would be a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills
