We are Hiring: Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting Lead to support an enterprise implementation across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance (FIN), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in enterprise reporting, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting tools, and a strategic mindset to align reporting outcomes with business needs, particularly in healthcare environments.

🧩 Key Responsibilities Include:
• Lead the reporting workstream across SCM, FIN, HCM
• Collaborate with business & data teams on reporting needs
• Build reports & dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC
• Ensure data integrity, security & performance
• Define reporting governance, version control & change mgmt.
• Support UAT, training & go-live readiness
• Mentor junior team members & lead reporting escalations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in enterprise reporting and analytics.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, FIN, HCM).
Expertise in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, subject areas, and business objects.
Demonstrated experience managing complex reporting needs across functional areas.
Experience in healthcare or hospital environments is highly preferred.
Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data compliance standards.
Prior experience establishing reporting strategies and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
