Pay Rate: $45 – $85 per hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

Stafingo is seeking up to three (3) experienced Oracle EPM Architects (Level 2) to support a transformative budgeting and forecasting project for a public sector client in Victoria, BC. This is a hybrid contract role, requiring a blend of remote and on-site work.

You will be a strategic contributor in the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Services, helping design and deliver scalable, integrated budgeting and forecasting solutions that replace manual Excel-based processes.

Project Overview

The goal of this initiative is to standardize, centralize, and automate budgeting and forecasting by implementing Oracle’s EPM Cloud solution. The project started in January 2025 and aims to improve accuracy, transparency, integration, and efficiency across financial management systems.

Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle EPM Architect (Level 2), you will:

Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions
Act as the primary decision-maker for technical conflicts, architecture, and implementation strategies
Translate business needs into technical solutions, including architecture, service maps, and process flows
Provide expert guidance on:
Design validation and improvements
Configuration and customization
Security setup and role-based access
Integration with various source systems
Provide architectural direction and documentation that aligns IM/IT services with business requirements
Collaborate with Level 1 Architects for enterprise architecture alignment when needed
Support internal teams by providing strategic recommendations, high-level project plans, and mentorship
Be available to work on-site in Victoria, BC, when required

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following mandatory qualifications:

10+ years of experience designing and implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Services, including:
Workforce Planning
Financial Planning
Narrative Reporting
EPM Integration
Data Management
Groovy Scripting
Proven experience leading strategic or complex IT programs, with cross-functional technical teams reporting to you
Strong experience producing architecture documentation, business/IT process maps, and strategic roadmaps
Deep understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting business processes
Experience in complex IT environments and/or public sector projects
Must be available to start within two weeks of contract award
Must be available to work hybrid environment with on-site presence in Victoria as required
