Hiring: Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist – Senior
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2+ days/week onsite)
🕒 3.5 Months to Start
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Data Integration Specialist to support a critical HR analytics initiative. This short-term contract (with possible extension) will focus on building robust integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and Microsoft Azure Data Lake to power the rollout of Visier Analytics across the organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced public sector environments and enjoys hands-on technical development work with Oracle HCM Cloud and integration tools.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems
Support Visier People Essentials and Talent Acquisition analytics implementation
Utilize BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and SOA for data pipeline development
Collaborate with cross-functional technical and HR teams to ensure seamless data flow
🔍 Must-Have Skills:
5+ years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud development
Strong knowledge of BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, SOA
Solid experience building data integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party platforms
Familiarity with data lakes (Azure preferred) is a plus
