Optical Test Engineer – Remote (Canada/US)

About – high-speed optical communications

Responsible for firmware / software testing, executing Agile test strategies (for next-gen optical products); building automation frameworks (for instruments like OSA, VOA, oscilloscopes, and optical switches); troubleshooting, debugging, and driving solutions, analyzing customer issues and enhancing test plans for real-world scenarios.

Require – telecom product testing (DWDM, ROADM, transponders). Hands-on Python (py-test a plus) and test automation experience. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
