About – develop next-generation coherent optical transceivers powered by advanced PIC and DSP technologies.

This role focuses on digital-optical integration, calibration and control algorithm development, and performance characterization (SNR, OSNR, sensitivity).

Responsible to work hands-on with early prototype hardware (PICs, DSPs, ASICs) and collaborate cross-functionally with ASIC, optical, and systems engineering teams to optimize overall system performance across optical, electrical, and digital domains.

Require a strong background in electrical engineering or applied physics with expertise in optical communications, coherent systems (QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM), RF/mm-wave characterization, and hands-on experience with high-speed optical hardware and testing. Programming in Matlab, Python, or C/C++ is a plus.
