NOW HIRING – Operations Support Specialist Level 2 – Require strong experience with BMC products (contract – must reside within Canada)

Responsibilities included systems administration, operations support (user access management, profiles, backups, and daily system operations), software upgrades, patching, and resource monitoring.

Provide expertise in IT infrastructure, servers, and operating systems to support development teams and customer interfacing for change requests.

Require strong technical expertise with BMC ITSM v20.x and newer (installation, patching, configuration, and troubleshooting across ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM, Smart IT, DWP, and DWPC). Experience in Smart Reporting setup and modifications, workflow analysis and performance troubleshooting. Skilled in running BMC utilities, foundation data loads, and DMT tools, as well as analyzing SOAP, REST, and Atrium Integrator integrations. Additional strengths include Linux OS familiarity and experience collaborating with BMC support for issue resolution.
