Introduction:

Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer III to support our client’s financial operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional experienced in high-volume transaction processing.

📍 Role Details:
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $28.85/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Review and process high volumes of financial transactions accurately
Perform transaction reviews to ensure compliance and data integrity
Track productivity and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Handle repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data
Collaborate with internal team members (minimal meetings ~2 hrs/week)

✅ Must-Haves:
5–7 years of overall experience
Minimum 2 years in payment processing and transaction review
2–3 years of strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and working with macros (running and basic manipulation)

🌟 Nice-to-Haves:
Financial or banking background
CPA or CSC is a strong asset
