🔹 Pay: $25/hr
📍 Location: Toronto or Markham (Hybrid)
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

🎯 Your Day-to-Day:
Oversee smooth and timely trade settlements
Manage and execute share movements
Craft reports and handle internal bookkeeping
Liaise with brokers and traders for swift issue resolution
Ensure all processes comply with CIRO regulations
Support specialized transactions within the operations team

💼 What You Bring to the Table:
2–5 years in trade lifecycle management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excel whiz (VLOOKUPs a must!)
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure

✨ Bonus Points For:
1+ year of banking experience
Familiarity with CDS/DTC depositaries
