We’re partnering with Corix, a leader in sustainable infrastructure across North America, to find their next People Operations Manager.

This is a high-impact, growth-focused role designed for someone looking for growth in their career:

🔹 7+ years HR experience (mid-sized orgs, 150–500 employees)
🔹 Strong operational + organizational skills (non-negotiable!)
🔹 Canadian & US HR experience
🔹 Payroll oversight or partnership
🔹 Bonus: industry exposure in clean energy, utilities, construction, or engineering

📍 Vancouver-based | Hybrid (downtown office)
💵 $100–120K base + clear growth path to Director
