Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Operations Clerk in Insurance/Banking. This position involves providing administrative support within a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate processing of insurance-related tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 – $24.87
Responsibilities
Sort, scan, and upload mail documents into the system, including counting and processing return mail
Handle daily administrative tasks such as posting cheque payments and managing premium billing issues
Assist with processing reversal/reject transactions from PAC and Visa platforms
Support claim processing and handle cancellation requests
Respond to customer inquiries via fax/mail and solve related issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to established procedures
Collaborate with internal teams and internal/external stakeholders as required
Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
