📍 Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid Role (Onsite Mon & Tue)
💰 Compensation: $22.50/hour | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM

Join a prominent financial institution and contribute to client transfer operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Conducting outbound calls to financial institutions (80% of role)
– Handling data entry and updating internal systems such as ISM, EIS, and ticketing tools (20% of role)

Key Qualifications:
– 1–2 years of call center experience in banking or financial services
– Proficiency with ISM, EIS, and internal ticketing systems
– Advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros
