Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Operations Analyst- Wealth Management. Pay rate (CAD): $17.60/hr to $27.53/hr

Responsibilities

Perform a broad range of operational support activities, including processing transactions and managing inquiries within the back-office environment
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Maintain strong partner relationships by providing exceptional support and communication
Support day-to-day operations, including adherence to audit and process guidelines
Escalate issues or risks promptly to the appropriate channels
Assist in process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies
Apply and adapt to new policies, technology, and procedural changes effectively
Ensure compliance with banking codes of conduct and operational policies
Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional service
Desired Skill-Set

Minimum of 1-4 years of experience handling high-volume back-office operations in a financial environment
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the capability to learn new systems quickly
Basic understanding of MM and FX products (e.g., options, foreign exchange spots and forwards, money market deposits and loans)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Attention to detail and self-motivation to achieve goals
Nice to Have

Knowledge of Global and WSS platforms
Experience in a financial institution within an operations role
Familiarity with Canadian investment products and related processes
