The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Operational Technology Specialist with deep expertise in Tridium Niagara Framework to join our small but high-impact OT team. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and maintain the smart infrastructure that powers energy savings across multi-residential buildings and hotels across North America.
You won’t just be managing existing systems—you’ll be building the future of HVAC automation.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain control systems using Tridium Niagara
Configure, troubleshoot, and manage JACE environments
Use Niagara Supervisor to monitor system performance and deliver insights
Develop and implement API integrations with Tridium Niagara’s base API
Ensure network integrity and security across OT systems
Collaborate across teams (product, engineering, operations) to align infrastructure with business goals
What You Bring
✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara in live environments
✅ 5+ years managing JACE controllers and Niagara Supervisor
✅ Strong understanding of BAS protocols, control systems design, and HVAC fundamentals
✅ Certified in Niagara N4 (or equivalent level of experience)
✅ Background in building automation, energy management, or climate tech
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with LAN/WAN networking, BAS controller programming, or distributed Niagara installations
OT security best practices
Experience with Niagara module development
