Position: Operational Technology Network Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON (North York)
Working Structure: In-office, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, implement, and maintain OT and IT networks according to industry best practices and company standards.
Configure and manage security appliances (Fortinet, Cisco, Siemens) to secure OT networks.
Deploy and implement OT applications and services, working with HMI and PLC control systems.
Design and manage networking protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, ARP, BGP, etc.) for seamless OT network traffic.
Troubleshoot network performance issues, optimize connectivity, and resolve security incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HMI systems and maintain accurate OT documentation.
Stay up-to-date with emerging OT technologies and cybersecurity trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a network engineer, preferably in an OT environment.
Strong understanding of networking protocols, including L2/L3, TCP/IP, and more.
In-depth knowledge of OT IT/SCADA and BACNET architecture.
Experience with Cisco Firepower and Fortinet security appliances.
Familiarity with Windows Server Administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience integrating HMI and PLC systems into OT networks.
Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
