Hiring Now – Onsite Support Executives (2 Roles) 📍 Mississauga, Ontario – 7 Month Contract We are urgently looking for two Onsite Support Executives to join our client Finastra. This is a full-time onsite role (5 days a week) supporting end users in a corporate environment. 💻 Key Responsibilities • Deskside support for laptops/desktops (Mac OS & Windows) • VIP/White Glove support for executives • Support for printers, phones, mobile devices & video conferencing rooms • Handling incident tickets, onboarding/offboarding & IMAC tasks • Asset management, tracking & reporting 🎯 Requirements • Strong experience with Mac OS (must-have) • Excellent customer service & communication skills • Experience working in enterprise support environments ⏰ Shifts • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Interested or know someone who is? 📩 DM me or share your resume today!
