We are hiring for Office Operations Coordinator

Your Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and register guests, manage reception coverage
Oversee boardroom bookings, meeting setups, catering orders, and schedule coordination
Support Health & Safety Committee initiatives and onboarding desk readiness
Assist with mail redirection, invoice tracking, and expense management
Manage access requests and internal office logistics
Provide day-to-day office operations support to ensure smooth workflows

What You Bring:
1–3 years of experience in a similar operations or office support role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude
