🕒 Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a long-term government project in Manitoba.

Mandatory Qualifications:
✔ PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP Certification
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English Literature, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management Leadership
✔ Strong expertise in ADKAR, Change Readiness Assessments, Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Planning
✔ Experience leading medium to large-scale organizational change initiatives
✔ SAP project experience
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, writing, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
➕ Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
