Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP)
Hands-on with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls LAN/WAN operations & troubleshooting Incident/problem resolution (ITIL) Network security monitoring (firewalls, IDS/IPS)

✨ Nice-to-Haves:

Azure firewall & load balancer Cisco Prime, Citrix Load Balancer VOIP & Video Conferencing support
