Position: Network Operations Engineer
📍 Location: Toronto (Remote) | 🕒 Type: Contract

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecom, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in network operations, administration, or support
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices
• Proficiency in network monitoring & ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers, and VPN technologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
