Job Description

We are hiring a Netcool Integration Engineer to support multiple message bus integrations, probe deployments, and alarm processing customizations on the Netcool platform. The candidate will lead end-to-end rule development, perform detailed design and testing, and ensure production deployment aligns with established OSS standards.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience working with Netcool platform
Expertise in installing and configuring message bus probes
Strong skills in creating and customizing Netcool rules files
Proven experience in detailed design, integration, and validation
Proficient with Linux RedHat (system-level commands, configs, scripts)
Ability to document, review, and deliver integration packages with QA support
Experience working across OSS domains and adhering to integration standards
Recognized programming or engineering degree
Fluent verbal and written communication in English
