TOP SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
– 8+ years of professional software development, including 3+ years managing engineers.
– Deep expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and modern tooling (Visual Studio, GitHub).
– Hands-on CI/CD experience and a passion for automation.
– Experience with cloud-based solutions, ideally with AWS
– Fintech domain experience (lender or agency side) with awareness of regulatory, compliance, and security controls.
